Laure Doutey
Psychotherapist

My name is Laure, I am a Dublin-based psychotherapist. I support adults with emotional well-being and personal growth. My pluralistic approach integrates different therapeutic modalities to provide a tailored experience, addressing individual needs effectively.
Pluralistic therapy is a flexible approach that recognises each client's uniqueness. It combines methods like cognitive-behaviour therapy, psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy and person-centred approaches. This empowers clients to engage actively in their treatment, shaping and setting their goals collaboratively.
In my work as a psychotherapist in Dublin (and online across Ireland), I draw on these approaches to support each client’s goals.

Counselling and Psychotherapy
I support challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, sexual abuse, self-esteem, addiction and OCD. I use a pluralistic framework to adapt techniques to suit individual circumstances, creating a safe, supportive environment where empathy fosters openness and trust.
Sessions are available face-to-face in Dublin (Clondalkin), online, and I also offer walk-and-talk therapy in local parks. Sessions are €65 for 50 minutes.
